With seating from 15 to up to 350 guests on round tables the stunning, newly refurbished Great Room and Drawing Room at Cadbury House are the ideal location for your corporate dinner dance, Christmas parties, awards ceremony or charity event.
Situated in the period part of the hotel and with spectacular views overlooking the Somerset Countryside, the impressive Great Room is the main ball room at Cadbury House and is lavishly decorated in a contemporary boutique style, whilst maintaining the period features of the 17 century house. It can seat up to 350 guests on round tables and boasts two bars, two opulent lounge areas and your own private Terrace with retractable heated covers.
The Drawing Room can accommodate up to 100 guests on round tables and 160 for informal receptions. It has its own bar and dancefloor and is at ground floor level having easy access to the gazebo in the grounds. With one side of the room made up of floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, natural light is plentiful and the seated terrace outside the room boasts glorious views across the valley.

For all Bookings over 80 guests, should numbers drop below the minimum numbers at time of the event the discount is not applicable and guests are charged at full price. 15% discount is offered on 3 course banquet meals, buffets and other food options are not included in this offer. Beverage is a glass of sparkling kir per person. Entertainment not included but can be quoted for upon request. Room hire may be applicable on events booked more than 3 months prior to the event and will apply for guest’s numbers under 100. 15% discount is based on the full quotation before VAT.
