Renowned chef Marco Pierre White is paying a visit to his restaurant in Congresbury to launch the new Summer menu which he has specially designed himself.
The visit to the Steakhouse Bar & Grill at DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House will take place on the evening of Monday 20 June and guests are invited to join Marco and the team for a special three-course dinner with Prosecco and an exclusive book signing experience.
The new menu features classically British dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Steak remains at the heart of the new menu with cuts including fillet, rib-eye and Chateaubriand and there is a range of exciting new main courses, starters and desserts to try, all reflecting Marco’s passion for simplicity.
Guests at the special event will have the chance to meet and chat to Marco as well as receiving a complimentary copy of his book, which he will sign.

Prices for the event start at £49 per person which includes a three-course dinner, glass of Prosecco, meet and greet with Marco and a signed book.
Other packages cost £90 for a couple to include one book, £265 for six people and three books or £339 for eight people and four books.
