Couples looking to tie the knot in North Somerset can visit a special wedding open evening at one of the region’s top venues.

Taking place at DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury on Tuesday 27 February, couples looking for inspiration for their big day can pick up some helpful tips as well as some exclusive offers.

Starting from 6.30pm, visitors to the evening will be able to step into a world of sophistication and see for themselves the various spaces which will be set up to demonstrate different colour schemes, styles and layouts.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a welcome drink before being looked after by the on-site wedding team including Natasha Ellis-Barker and Zoe Connelly.

Renowned for its stunning views and contemporary boutique style, the four-star hotel will also play host a collection of professional local suppliers while the wedding team will be on hand to offer help and advice on everything from food, rooms and cars.

Zoe said: “We know that a wedding is one of the most important occasions in any couple’s life, so we really want to make sure it is absolutely perfect and as stress-free as possible.

With several rooms licensed to hold both Civil Marriage Ceremonies and Commitment Ceremonies there are many options for couples to consider and those wanting to create a real “wow” on their special day could consider an alfresco ceremony in the thatched Gazebo, with spectacular panoramic views stretching out across the North Somerset countryside and Bristol Channel.
